$300,000 Obtained for Client Who Suffered Foot/Ankle Fracture
RAM Law Partner, Craig Aronow, obtained the policy maximum of $300,000 for foot/ankle fracture client. The RAM Law client was involved in a motorcycle accident late last year. The client struck a car that pulled out in front of him and stopped. He fractured the talar dome of a foot and had minor road rash. The client had surgery on the fractured foot. The only possible source of recovery was the car driver’s insurance policy.
